For the fourth year in a row, SicolaMartin has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas! Coming in at #3 on the 2009 small companies list is a reflection of something we’ve known for years — SicolaMartin is a wonderful place where talented people love coming together, having fun and creating great work for great clients.
What makes us so unique? We work hard. We love what we do. We “get it,” many of our clients say. We also have Summer Fridays, Kick Butt awards, growth opportunities and we strive for a healthy environment where people can balance both their work and family commitments, for starters.
The rankings are determined by a third party, and are based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.
