SICOLAMARTIN RANKED AS #8 BEST COMPANY TO WORK FOR IN TEXAS

AUSTIN, TX - FEBRUARY 1, 2006 – Today Austin-based SicolaMartin, a top technology advertising and marketing firm and a division of Young & Rubicam Brands, announced it has been ranked #8 in this year's survey of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas. The program is a partnership of the Texas Association of Business, TEXAS MONTHLY and The Society for Human Resource Management - Texas State Council.

The Best Companies to Work for in TEXAS program produced a list of the top 50 employers based on an assessment of the company's employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. SicolaMartin executives believe the agency's progressive programs such as Summer Fridays (Friday afternoons off), employee-driven recognition programs, professional growth opportunities, a culture of mutual respect and honoring family priorities are key factors in keeping employees loyal and productive.

The rankings have been published in a special section of the February 2006 TEXAS MONTHLY magazine. The companies will be recognized at an awards luncheon on February 8 at the Capitol Marriott in Austin.
