Kelli Huff | Director, Human Resources

Kelli Huff serves as director of human resources at SicolaMartin and is responsible for keeping the beer cooler stocked. In her tenth year with the firm, Kelli oversees all employment and staffing, compensation, performance and career management, benefits and employee services. She's particularly proud for SicolaMartin to have been cited by Texas Monthly as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Texas” for six years and by AdAge as a “Best Place to Work in Marketing & Media”. Kelli holds a bachelor's degree in communication from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and began her career as a news producer for NBC, CBS, and FOX affiliates. Her martian name is Spunky (see right) and she also acts as HR consultant on several boards for non-profits. Married to a creative director, her children are predisposed to be future advertising executives.
